Simple Steps For Maximum Compression

  1. Place items in the bag
  2. Fully close the zip
  3. Undo the one way valve
  4. Press down on the bag to remove as much as air as possible (you can also kneel on the bag or lean on it to compress even further)
  5. Use the pump to suck out any remaining air (if required, not necessary)
  6. Close the one way valve
  7. Go Adventure.

Things To Consider

The amount of compression you can obtain will depend on the type of clothing you are putting in the bag.

For example, something like a fleece or puffer jacket will compress significantly whereas if you are trying to compress a bag full of denim you won't get the same results.

Real compression bag

This is a true compression bag.Included with the bag is a small pump which is used to remove the air when the bag is closed.I was able to pack enough t-shirts and shorts for a 7 days overseas trip into the bag.To compress, it was simply a matter of zipping the bag almost shut, pressing down to expel as much air as possible then closing the zip fully. After that, I attached the pump and pumped out the remaining air.When compressed, the bag took up way less space in my bag than the uncompressed t-shirts and shorts would have.Great product that I would recommend to anyone trying to save space.

This product is a game-changer for packing! The compression bag is strong, durable, and reduce the size of my clothes significantly, saving tons of space in my suitcase, I was able to pack twice as much!

I was impressed with the compact pump, which is easy to use and super quick, I was able to take it with me, and not rely on a vacuum cleaner - which makes sense! Also I was surprised it came with a Boston valve adapter which fits my air mattresses. So this will definitely be perfect for camping.

The airtight seal holds up well. Everything was still right where I'd left it when I arrived I haven't tested the waterproofness, but given the seal was still intact - it is pretty implied this will also be successful!

Great well-made sturdy item. Super impressed that these are Aussie made, so that makes them extra appealing!.
Just one thing to note, the two bag option does NOT come with a pump. Will have to purchase this separately.

** UPDATE **
I was packing to travel with these for the first time. One is perfect at the other is leaking air at the bottom of the closed valve. So one works and one doesn’t. So disappointing!

Ordered this for compressing clothing to save space in my handluggage.
Unfortunately the bag is too small to really carry anything meaningful and the compression doesnt save much space. Throw in the pump and really you are not saving much room.
The bag itself looks good quality and if only it was bigger then this would be a good product.
